* DISCLAIMER: Your article rank is calculated based on a proprietary algorithm which takes into account unique page views for the month, bounce rate, and average time readers spend on the page. Authors found using bots or other artificial means of boosting traffic such as spamming links will forfeit earnings and have their account banned. Article rank may not be the same as our trending post list.

Free Guest Accounts: Guest accounts are provided for the benefit of our community, please don't abuse this privilege. If you want to advertise with us, do the right thing and purchase a sponsored post.
You WILL get a chance to build a brand for yourself by contributing a post, and you can add your social and website link in your author profile to help drive traffic back to your site. Deliver value to our readers, and you can develop a genuine following.
Article Quality and Word Count: Articles should be a minimum of 400 words. 1500+ is recommended for getting the most exposure on search engines, which is our biggest source of traffic. Your article should cover the topic in detail, but don't feel like you need to add a lot of fluff just to hit a certain word count.
Some of our articles that have earned the #1 spot on Google for certain queries are quite extensive, yet others are fairly short. Quality is one of the the biggest considerations for accepting guest posts and for ranking high in search results, so write stuff people want to read. Readers love stories that have a lesson buried in them, so tell a story whenever possible to connect with our audience.
Write an Original Article: Please do not submit the same article you have submitted to other sites.
Links: To reduce spam, external links are only allowed from sponsored posts unless they point to an authoritative source (such as a university or government site, not your personal blog or product landing page).
Pre-Approval: We recommend getting in touch to finalize the topic to avoid writing on a subject matter that won't be accepted. All content must follow our personal and professional development theme.
Check Your Spelling & Grammar: Check your article with a tool like Grammarly Pro. Posts with many grammatical and spelling errors are likely to be rejected.
Credit: We respect individual work, and if your idea is derivative of someone else’s work, feel free to give them credit. The same goes for images that you use on your post. Please give credit where credit is due.
Images & Video: Images speak a thousand words. Add images or videos to convey your message and break up your copy, but don’t add them just for the sake of it. If you are writing tutorials, take a screenshot. JPG compressed images are recommended as they are usually quick to load.
Set a Featured Image: Each article requires a minimum of one JPG image set as the featured image. We will find an appropriate one or you can supply one with an aspect ratio of 1024x512 or 1024x683.
No Copyright Infringements: Please DO NOT use Google search to find images as including random images you find on the web is likely to result in copyright infringement. Pixabay, Unsplash, and Pexels are good sites to find free images.
Copyright: We respect everyone’s work. If we find out that you have copied a post from somewhere else, you will get an instant ban and immediate removal of all your blog posts and profile from The Personal Growth Channel. Also, by submitting a post, you give us copyright ownership and full editorial rights to the post including the right to edit for grammar and readability and to add or remove links. This helps us to deal with any DMCA related issues and keep the quality high for our readers.
