Our book of the month is Balance: Creating a Well-Balanced Vision for Your Life.
Have you ever found yourself working so hard that your relationships suffer? Or working so little that your finances suffer? Maybe you've let your health slide while focused on other things.
Balance is the key to a happy and healthy life, and is what our book of the month is all about.
Unlike a book you'll just skim and forget, this book is an interactive workbook where you will have to answer some tough questions about your life. You'll then create a short vision statement for seven different areas that need to stay in balance. I encourage you to go back through this exercise each year, as priorities can and do change during different seasons of life.
My hope is that you'll find yourself digging deep and either reaffirming that you are on the right track for the long term, or making some course corrections to ensure you get to where you want to be.
Enjoy!
