I recently attended a conference and got to see Adrienne Ross, the author of “Push Your Way to Purpose — How to Get from Where You Are to Where You're Meant to Be,” speak. I thoroughly enjoyed her message and decided to pick up a copy of her book to help support her efforts.

I sat down the other night and read through this, and was a little surprised at how much this book challenged me while also keeping me entertained with various stories. I especially liked the story “I can't want to,” where she reminded me that many times even though we can't force ourselves to want to do something, we need to do it anyway.

I hope that this book will challenge you as it did me. Please enjoy this month's personal development book club pick, “Push Your Way to Purpose.”
