Happy Birthday to Me – Life Lessons and a Birthday Request

Three years ago today, I published an article, “7 life lessons I've learned over the past 39 years.” Those lessons remain the same, so if you want to read about what I've learned over the past 42 years, that's a good start before consuming the hundreds of others I've written on this site since then.

A Birthday Request

As a birthday present, I'd like to ask for your support in a cause that's near and dear to my heart by participating in or at least sharing our free workout challenge. Help me fight one of the leading causes of death in the world this year. You can learn more by clicking here.

I appreciate all of you. Make it an amazing day!
