Mini Band Exercises You Can Do Anywhere

It can be difficult to fit in a workout, especially when you travel or are otherwise on the go. Even just having exercise equipment in your house can be a problem, think big treadmills or awkward weights. However, there’s a great option that’s versatile and extremely budget-friendly — mini resistance bands.

Mini bands are a smaller version of the resistance bands that you may already be familiar with. They come in an array of resistance options so that you can adapt them to the strength level you’re at, or the one you need. Knowing just a handful (or two handfuls) of exercises is a great way to give you a whole-body workout. For example, wrapping a resistance band around your wrists and doing incline push-ups on a chair helps you create more tension in your muscles and track your elbows correctly. What else can you do with these bands? This graphic shows you.
